Profiles we are always open to
Lead auditors
Auditors with technical competence in at least one Annex SL standard and sector depth in any of our nine sectors, able to lead a team through Stage 1, Stage 2 and surveillance.
Trainers and tutors
Practitioners who can teach: lead auditor course delivery, in-house programmes and course development.
Sustainability specialists
GHG accounting, energy management and environmental practitioners comfortable with the evidence standard a validation and verification body works to.

Where the work takes you
Grades are defined by the scopes you are competent to audit and the decisions you are approved to take, not by years served.
Grade 1
Witnessed auditor
Audit alongside a lead auditor while your competence is witnessed and recorded
Grade 2
Auditor
Audit the scopes and standards you are approved for, in your own right
Grade 3
Lead auditor
Lead the team, set the audit plan and write the findings report
Grade 4
Technical reviewer
Take certification decisions on audits you were not part of, or run a scheme
