What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you provide: name, work contact details, organization and the content of your enquiry. We do not collect payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

• To respond to enquiries, quotes, callbacks and training requests.
• To deliver engagements you commission from us.
• To send the newsletter you explicitly subscribed to, until you unsubscribe.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not add you to marketing lists because you asked a question.
• We do not share client information except as needed to deliver an engagement you requested, or where law requires.

Retention and security

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any engagement that follows, then deleted on a scheduled cycle. Access is limited to the people who need it, and engagement information is protected under the confidentiality commitments of our customer charter.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where no legal obligation requires retention. Use the contact page and we will respond within the statutory timescale that applies to you.
