Construction
Certification assessed on a live site, not in head office
Safety, quality and environmental certification for contractors and specialist trades, audited where the work is: on the deck, at the gate and across the subcontractor chain your clients ask about.

Explore the controls
The operational pressures the audit is read against
Your auditor works from the pressures your teams already carry, not from a blank template.
Prequalification and tender requirements
Clients and frameworks expect certified management systems before you can even bid.
High-risk site activity
Work at height, plant, temporary works and subcontractor chains concentrate serious risk.
Defects and rework across projects
Quality failures surface at handover, when they are most expensive and most visible.
Environmental duties per project
Waste, discharge and nuisance controls change with every site and every permit.
Field view
Walk the project. Meet the evidence.
Scroll from the skyline to the site gate. Each stop is somewhere an auditor asks a live project to show its working.

Stop 01 / 04
One project, three promises
A live site is a quality commitment, a safety duty and an environmental permit stacked on one postcode. A combined audit tests all three while the programme is still moving, which is the only state a project is ever in.
Standards that matter in construction
Recommended by relevance to the sector's risk profile and customer requirements.
Certification services for this sector
Certification to ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001
Stage 1, Stage 2 and an independent certification decision, with safety usually the standard that sets the audit's centre of gravity.
Combined audits across the three standards
One audit team covering safety, quality and environment together, so a site is visited once rather than three times in a year.
Project sampling and site visits
Head office plus a sample of live projects each cycle, chosen to reflect the risk, value and stage spread of the work in scope.
Transfer, pre-assessment and training
Transfer of an active accredited certificate, an optional pre-assessment that reports gaps without prescribing fixes, and public training courses.
How the audit runs here
Scope covers projects, not just the office
Audit duration is set by effective headcount including site staff and directly supervised subcontractors, plus the number of live projects sampled.
The auditor needs access to live work
That means site inductions, PPE, a walk of the working areas and time with foremen while the programme is running, not a document review in a cabin.
Evidence sampled across the lifecycle
Records are traced from tender and mobilization through construction to handover, and a claim made at head office is checked against the project it refers to.
Findings issued in writing, decision separate
Nonconformities are graded and reported after the visit. Majors block the recommendation; minors are closed before the certificate issues.
Sector evidence
Construction examples will appear here only where a certified organization has approved publication in writing. CORE does not publish client names, project details or audit findings without that consent.
