Certification you can stand behind.

Manufacturing

Certification audits that start on the production floor

Quality, environmental, safety and energy certification for makers of physical product, assessed at line rate by auditors who read a control plan as readily as a clause.

The operational pressures the audit is read against

Your auditor works from the pressures your teams already carry, not from a blank template.

Customer audits and PPAP-style scrutiny

OEM and enterprise customers audit your systems directly. Findings threaten the relationship, not just the certificate.

Rework, scrap and warranty cost

Quality escapes are visible in the accounts. Root-cause discipline is the difference between recurring and resolved.

Safety across machinery, chemicals and logistics

High-consequence hazards demand controls that operators follow when nobody is watching.

Energy and environmental pressure

Utility spend, permits and customer carbon questionnaires all land on the same operations team.

Field view

Walk the site. Meet the evidence.

Scroll to move through one manufacturing campus, from the approach road to the roof. Every stop is somewhere an auditor stops and asks to see something.

One campus, four obligations

From the air it is one building. Up close it is quality promises, safety duties, environmental permits and an energy bill, each with its own audience. A combined audit examines all four in a single visit.

Certification services for this sector

  • Certification to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001

Stage 1, Stage 2 and an independent certification decision against each standard inside your scope of certification.

  • Combined and integrated audits

Quality, environment, safety and energy assessed in one visit, so shared requirements are examined once rather than four times.

  • Multi-site sampling and transfer

Sampling across plants where the system is genuinely common, and transfer of an active accredited certificate without restarting your cycle.

  • Pre-assessment, surveillance and training

An optional pre-assessment that reports gaps without prescribing fixes, surveillance in Years 1 and 2, recertification in Year 3, and public training courses.

How the audit runs here

  1. Scope and duration set before the visit

Effective headcount across shifts and contractors, the processes inside scope and the risk category fix audit time by formula, not by negotiation.

  2. Audited at rate, on the floor

Your auditor needs production running and the shift patterns in scope available, not a meeting room and a document pack.

  3. Evidence sampled goods-in to dispatch

Records, operators, supervisors and in-process checks are sampled along the real flow and traced back to the control plan they claim to follow.

  4. Findings graded, decision separated

Majors, minors and opportunities for improvement are reported within five working days. Someone outside the audit team takes the certification decision.

Sector evidence

Manufacturing examples will appear here only where a certified organization has approved publication in writing. CORE does not publish client names, audit findings or certificate details without that consent.
