Trace service and supplier boundaries
For a service organization, describe customer-facing activities, shared functions and critical suppliers. A management-system audit follows those boundaries. Certification of one function cannot be assumed to cover all entities or all regulated activities in a group.
Keep regulatory and certification claims separate
Share any customer or regulatory requirement relevant to the requested certificate. CORE will review whether it can offer the service required. A management-system certificate is not itself a regulatory licence or a statement that every legal obligation has been fulfilled.
Target the training outcome
Tell us the tasks participants must perform after training: understand a standard, audit internally or lead an audit team. Confirm course prerequisites, language and assessment before choosing a programme, especially where an employer expects a particular professional recognition.
Certification
The service depends on the standard, entity, scope, sites and management-system status. An application does not automatically lead to certification; the decision depends on assessment results and review of the evidence.

Identify the participants' level and the work they need to perform. The offer confirms content, language, delivery, assessment and the training document. Course attendance gives no advantage in a management-system certification decision.
