Certification you can stand behind.

Food & Beverage

Food safety certification, tested at line rate

ISO 22000 certification for manufacturers, packers and distributors, with auditors who take the hazard study to the floor and check it against the shift running in front of them.

Explore the controls

The operational pressures the audit is read against

Your auditor works from the pressures your teams already carry, not from a blank template.

Relentless customer audit schedules

Retailer and brand audits arrive continuously, each with its own checklist and severity scale.

Hazard control at production speed

CCP monitoring and prerequisite discipline must hold at full line rate, every shift.

Traceability and recall exposure

One-up one-down is not enough when a withdrawal clock is running.

Allergen and labelling risk

The most common recall causes demand validated controls, not assurances.

Field view

Walk the plant. Meet the evidence.

Scroll from the silos to the cold store. Every stop is a hazard an auditor has to see controlled, on the shift in front of them.

One plant, zero tolerance

Food safety does not average out. One contaminated batch outweighs a thousand good ones, which is why an audit here samples control at the point of production rather than confidence at the front desk.

Certification services for this sector

  • ISO 22000 certification

Stage 1, Stage 2 and an independent certification decision covering the hazard analysis, prerequisite programmes and the management system around them.

  • Combined audits with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001

Food safety assessed alongside quality, environment and safety in one visit, so shared requirements are examined once.

  • Multi-site sampling and transfer

Sampling across plants and depots where the system is genuinely common, and transfer of an active accredited certificate without restarting your cycle.

  • Pre-assessment, surveillance and training

An optional pre-assessment that reports gaps without prescribing fixes, surveillance in Years 1 and 2, recertification in Year 3, and public training courses.

How the audit runs here

  1. Flows verified on the floor

Process diagrams are checked against the plant as it runs. A diagram that does not match the line is a finding, not a formality.

  2. The auditor needs production and a shift

Certification evidence sits in live CCP monitoring, hygiene entry and changeovers, so the visit is planned onto shifts that are actually running product.

  3. Traceability tested, not described

The auditor selects a lot code and asks the site to trace it in both directions and reconcile mass balance inside the time the system claims.

  4. Findings graded, decision separated

Food safety findings are graded like any other. Majors block the recommendation; the decision is taken by a reviewer outside the audit team.

Sector evidence

Food sector examples will appear here only where a certified organization has approved publication in writing. CORE does not publish client names, product details or audit findings without that consent.
