Days 1-2: The standard in depth
- Context, leadership and worker consultation requirements
- Hazard identification, risk assessment and operational control
- Legal registers, incident management and performance evaluation
Days 3-4: Auditing on site
- Site audit planning, safety of the audit itself, PPE and permissions
- Observation, interviews at the workface and document trails
- Findings and grading workshops on realistic scenarios
Day 5: Leading and examination
- Leading mixed-discipline audit teams
- Closing meetings with site leadership
- Written examination and practical assessment
