Days 1-2: The standard as audit criteria
- Quality principles, process approach and risk-based thinking
- Clause-by-clause interpretation with audit evidence examples
- Documented information: what must exist and what need not
Days 3-4: The audit, end to end
- Audit programme and audit planning, roles and responsibilities
- Interviewing, sampling, objective evidence and audit trails
- Findings, grading and reporting workshops with case material
Day 5: Leading and examination
- Team leadership, conflict and closing meetings
- Corrective action evaluation and follow-up
- Written examination and practical assessment
